Performing LIVE: Australian Rock Legend "BRIAN CADD"
Sunday, October 18

To introduce the S.A. Music Hall of Fame, we’re kicking off with a series of Sunday afternoon concerts throughout October & November.

On Sunday 18th October we’ll have our first “Super Sunday” featuring the legendary Brian Cadd, the art of David “Daisy” Day and a 2-course, Kentish Arms roast lunch. David’s artwork is for sale & his exhibition “Faces & Places” will be exhibited at the hotel for a full month.

Even though he’s not a South Aussie, Brian Cadd is one of Australia’s great performers & song writers and has graciously donated his time free of charge to get the SAMHF off to a flying start, with proceeds from the performance going towards establishment costs.

Zkye (pronounced Skye) is a blues/soul artist from Adelaide, and has recently been whipping up a storm along the East Coast. Promoting her debut album, Beyond The Pane, Zkye has played to audiences in and around Sydney with the likes of Harry Brus, Joseph Calderazzo, Nick Sinclare and with CC Entertainment, as well as Steve Balbi.

Zkye Compson-Harris has an amazing voice, one which could be likened to Janis Joplin at her most thoughtful, and can convey deep emotion with the subtle embellishments strewn throughout the songs.

David started in radio at the age of 16 and is now 57 and still "Rockin" on the air with Mix 102.3. David is noted for his absolute passion in promoting Australian talent, and has been at it since the early days starting with names such as of the Skyhooks, AC/DC, Billy Thorpe and many others.
However, Daisy has travelled a hard road over the last 3 years to over come dialysis, having both kidneys taken out, survivng cancer, 2 heart attacks and a triple bypass, it is fair to say he in stranger to "Knocking On Heavens Door". During his time of hardship David took up his hobby of painting and is now a healthy and energetic transplant recepient.
